Take part in research at the CASSM Lab

The CASSM Lab (previously CESS) is the University of Oxford’s experimental social science lab within the Centre for Advanced Social Science Methods (CASSM). We run studies on how people make decisions. Most studies involve nothing more than making choices on a computer, and you are paid for taking part. Anyone who lives in the United Kingdom and is at least 18 years old can sign up.

How it works

1. Sign up. Create your profile and tell us which kinds of studies interest you (in-person studies in the lab, online, or both).
2. Get invited. We email you when a study is looking for participants.
3. Choose a session. Each invitation lists the available dates and times. Signing up to our database does not commit you to any particular study.
4. Take part and get paid.
